The opening meeting of the “Project on Technical Assistance of Marine Environment Law within the Scope of the Studies on the Barcelona Convention” which is carried out by DEHUKAM with the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change was held on September 23. DEHUKAM Chair of the Board of Directors Hakan KARAN, LLM PhD and CEO Mustafa BAŞKARA, LLM attended the meeting as well as many participants from the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Presidency of Strategy and Budget, Ministry of National Defense – Turkish Naval Forces, Presidency of Climate Change, Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Turkish Petroleum Corporation (TPAO), TUBITAK and Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure.
