Mr. Yasin GÖKTAŞ, a volunteer researcher at DEHUKAM and a PhD student at the University of Strathclyde, met with law students who support DEHUKAM activities as volunteers at the DEHUKAM Meeting Room on Wednesday, April 26th to share his experience on postgraduate education opportunities in maritime law abroad. Mr. Göktaş also gave a presentation on his PhD thesis on the concept of “Joint Operations in International Law”.

At the end of the event, DEHUKAM Director Mr. Mustafa Başkara thanked the participants and Mr. Yasin Göktaş for their contributions.
