The Regulation Amending the Implementation Regulation on Home Port Log Regime was published in the Official Gazette dated 30/12/2023 and numbered 32415. With the Regulation, Article 19 titled certificate of registry visa has been repealed and administrative fines to be imposed on the owner and operator of the ship, sea and inland watercraft without a valid license have been determined.
