Dr. Mustafa Başkara, CEO of the Ankara University National Center for Sea and Maritime Law (DEHUKAM), visited Prof. Dr. Mesut Güner, Vice President of the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK). During the visit, which was accompanied by Dr. Ali Murat Sürekli, Deputy Director General of the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Türkiye, and Consultant Mert Cihan Tonkal, information was provided about the studies DEHUKAM carries out in the field of sea and maritime law.
