On December 10, 2024, Ambassador of Panama in Ankara H.E. Karina Cecilia Arias Fonseca de Giannotti, Consul General of Panama in Istanbul Juan Jaime Delvalle, and Chair of the Disciplinary Board of the IMEAK Turkish Chamber of Shipping Av. Mehmet Hakan Tüfekçi visited DEHUKAM. During the meeting, attended by DEHUKAM CEO Dr. Mustafa Başkara and DEHUKAM researchers, opportunities for cooperation in the field of maritime law between the Embassy of Panama in Ankara and DEHUKAM were discussed.
