Within the scope of the project “Research on Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods in Maritime Trade Disputes and the Establishment of a Maritime Trade Arbitration Center in Türkiye” supported under the TÜBİTAK-1001, project coordinator and DEHUKAM Leading Researcher Prof. Dr. İsmail Demir, DEHUKAM CEO Dr. Mustafa Başkara and project team member Selenay Köse visited Dr. Onur Yüksel, General Manager of TOBBUYUM Mediation and Dispute Resolution Center on 06 January 2025. During the visit, the resolution of maritime trade disputes through arbitration and possible cooperation with TOBBUYUM were discussed.
