Within the scope of the project carried out in cooperation with the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure and DEHUKAM, a delegation consisting of DEHUKAM CEO Dr. Mustafa Başkara and the staff of the General Directorate of Maritime Affairs of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure carried out a study visit to Podgorica and Kotor cities of Montenegro on 26-28 February 2025 for a series of meetings. Within the scope of the study visit, potential cooperation opportunities were evaluated during the meetings with Mr. Pavle Tripkovic and Mr. Jovan Scekic, Secretaries of State of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Ms. Periša Kastratović, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ms. Nevena Jovovic, Director General of Spatial Planning of the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property, Mr. Nikola Dozic, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Law of the University of Montenegro, Ms. Tatijana Dlabaç, Dean of the Faculty of Maritime Studies of the University of Montenegro and Mr. Mirko Curvic, Director of the Institute of Marine Biology.
