On March 5, 2025, DEHUKAM CEO Dr. Mustafa Başkara, DEHUKAM Senior Researcher Dr. Ceren Cerit Dindar and DEHUKAM Researcher Halil İbrahim Akcan visited Mr. Özer Özbey, Head of the Maritime Education and Certification Department at the Directorate General of Maritime Affairs of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Türkiye.

During the visit, DEHUKAM’s ongoing projects, activities, and potential areas of cooperation were discussed.
