The “Summit on Foreign Policy and Diplomacy in a Changing World Order,” organized by the Ankara University Intercultural Diplomacy Student Community (KADİT), was held on April 25, 2025, at the Ankara University Faculty of Law. The summit featured presentations offering various perspectives on diplomacy in the evolving global order by Prof. Dr. Ali Merthan Dündar, Director of the Ankara University Asia-Pacific Research Center (APAM); Prof. Dr. Muharrem Özen, Dean of the Ankara University Faculty of Law; Prof. Dr. Necdet Ünüvar, Rector of Ankara University; Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mehmet Kemal Bozay; Chairman of the EU Harmonization Committee of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye and Member of Parliament Burhan Kayatürk; First Vice President of the Republic of Türkiye and Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye Fuat Oktay; Senior Advisor at the Ministry of Justice Dr. Birol Kırmaz; and DEHUKAM CEO Dr. Mustafa Başkara.
Dr. Mustafa Başkara delivered a speech titled “International Law of the Sea and Science Diplomacy” and the summit concluded with the closing remarks by Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. Enes Eminoğlu.
