DEHUKAM CEO Dr. Mustafa Başkara attended the 5th Maritime Security Conference organized by NATO MARSEC COE (NATO Maritime Security Centre of Excellence) on 24–25 June 2025. During the conference, various aspects of maritime security were discussed by national and international scholars.
