The 10th anniversary of the Ankara University National Center for Sea and Maritime Law (DEHUKAM) was celebrated on 26 November 2025 with a reception held at the InterContinental Grand Ankara Hotel.

The reception was attended by senior representatives from government institutions, courts, universities, embassies, diplomatic missions, executives of NGOs, industry, and civil society. The opening speeches of the Reception delivered by DEHUKAM’s Chair of the Board of Directors Süleyman Önel, Deputy Minister of Justice and DEHUKAM Board Member Niyazi Acar, and former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Türkiye and head of the Turkish Delegation to NATO PA, Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu.

The program started with the reading of a congratulatory telegram from President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, followed by the ceremonial cutting of the 10th Anniversary cake and the screening of the DEHUKAM promotional film. Accompanied by musical performances, the evening provided participants with an enjoyable experience and laid the groundwork for new collaborations, concluding with a group photo session.
