DEHUKAM CEO Dr. Mustafa participated in the “Specialization Academy’26” event organized on 30 April 2026 in cooperation with the Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Center for Learning and Teaching and the Türkiye Youth Foundation (TÜGVA).

Within the scope of the program held under the theme “Strategic Depth and Technological Transformation,” Dr. Mustafa Başkara delivered a presentation titled “The Geopolitical Key of the Seas: Blue Homeland and Türkiye’s Strategic Vision.” During his presentation, he addressed Türkiye’s maritime jurisdiction areas, maritime security policies, and the strategic approach pursued within the framework of the Blue Homeland vision.
