On May 12, 2023, the Ship Registry Regulation (Decision Number: 7283) was published in the Official Gazette with a serial number of 32188 and entered into force on the date of publication of the relevant Regulation and the Ship Registry Regulation of 1956 and the Flag Certificate Regulation of 1957 have been abolished.
