On 12 August 2025, H.E. Pedro Jose Vintimilla Vega, Ambassador of Ecuador to Ankara; H.E. Gustavo Campos Fallas, Ambassador of Costa Rica to Ankara; H.E. Karina Cecilia Arias Fonseca de Giannotti, Ambassador of Panama to Ankara; and Mr. Andres Sanchez Calderon, Diplomatic Mission Assistant of the Embassy of Colombia, came together with DEHUKAM CEO Dr. Mustafa Başkara, DEHUKAM Senior Researcher Dr. Ceren Cerit Dindar, and DEHUKAM Researchers for a cooperation meeting.

During the meeting, potential areas of collaboration between DEHUKAM and the Embassies of Ecuador, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Panama were discussed, and opportunities for future joint initiatives were evaluated.
