Within the framework of the ongoing cooperation between DEHUKAM and the Turkish Naval Forces Command regarding the activities of the Law of the Sea and Maritime Board, a meeting was held at the Naval Forces Command on 9 October 2025. Following the meeting, DEHUKAM CEO Dr. Mustafa Başkara was received by Admiral Dr. Ercüment Tatlıoğlu, Commander of the Turkish Naval Forces.

During the visit, Dr. Başkara provided information to Admiral Dr. Tatlıoğlu on DEHUKAM’s ongoing projects and activities.
