Within the scope of the DEHUKAM Talks program, Dr. Goran Dominioni, a faculty member at Dublin City University, delivered a training session titled “Carbon Revenues in the IMO Net-Zero Framework” on Friday, 16 January.

During the training, Dr. Goran Dominioni addressed key issues such as decarbonization in maritime transport, carbon taxation, and the expected impacts of the decarbonization process on the maritime sector in the coming period. He also responded to questions raised by the participants.
