Within the scope of the “Turkish Communication Program for Public Officials and Academics” (KATİP), implemented by the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB), public officials, academics, and diplomats who were hosted in Türkiye and received Turkish language training during the 2025–2026 period were provided with training on the Law of the Sea at DEHUKAM.
The training sessions were delivered by DEHUKAM Leading Researcher Prof. Dr. Yücel Acer and Senior Researcher Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ali İbrahim Akkutay, as well as DEHUKAM CEO Dr. Mustafa Başkara.
