The interim evaluation meeting for the Erasmus+ KA220 project “Climate Change Awareness in the Mediterranean from a Youth Perspective (Youth4CliMed)” was held in Barcelona from 10 to 12 March 2026, hosted by Abat Oliba CEU University.

The meeting was attended by the project coordinator DEHUKAM, project partners PAP/RAC (Croatia), FISPMED (Italy), Abat Oliba CEU (Spain) and Dokuz Eylül University (Türkiye) representatives.

During the meeting, activities carried out since the project’s inception were evaluated, and current outputs, the stage reached, and work to be carried out in the upcoming phases of the project were discussed. The partners also exchanged views on new activities and opportunities for cooperation that could be undertaken to achieve the project’s objectives more effectively.

As part of the programme, a visit was made to IEMED (European Institute of the Mediterranean) to attend a presentation. This was followed by a visit to the Maritime Museum, where a gala dinner was held.

The Youth4Climed project, which aims to raise awareness among young people in the Mediterranean region about climate change, continues to progress successfully according to the planned schedule with the contributions of international partners.
