DEHUKAM CEO Dr. Mustafa Başkara, together with DEHUKAM Senior Researcher Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ali İbrahim Akkutay, and DEHUKAM Researcher Zeynep Mirvan Korunç, visited Ambassador Erkan Aytun, Director General for Latin America and the Caribbean at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye on 28 April 2026. During the visit, ongoing projects and activities carried out by DEHUKAM, as well as potential areas of cooperation, were discussed.
