DEHUKAM CEO Dr. Mustafa Başkara delivered a presentation titled “International Straits and Transit Passage” on June 3rd 2026 as part of the “2026 Session of the Philippine International Law of the Sea Academy (PHILSEA)” held online from 1-27 June 2026 by the Philippine International Law of the Sea Academy Inc.

The presentation addressed the different types of straits regimes including Turkish Straits.
