DEHUKAM CEO Dr. Mustafa Başkara paid a visit to Prof. Dr. Selim Argun, President of Yunus Emre Institute, on September 8, 2026.

During the meeting, potential areas of cooperation and joint projects between DEHUKAM and Yunus Emre Institute were discussed. The parties also exchanged views on enhancing academic and institutional collaborations internationally in the fields of the law of the sea and maritime affairs.
