Ambassador Dr. Özlem Ergün Ulueren Visited DEHUKAM

The Republic of Türkiye’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs Climate Change Coordinator, Ambassador Dr. Özlem Ergün Ulueren, visited DEHUKAM on 15 September 2026.

During the meeting with COP31 International Organizations and Diplomacy Advisory Board Member and Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI) Director on Ocean and Climate Policy Dr. Kilaparti Ramakrishna, DEHUKAM Board Member Prof. Dr. Yücel Acer, DEHUKAM CEO Dr. Mustafa Başkara and DEHUKAM Senior Researcher Dr. Alperen Furkan Taş, current developments in the fields of sea and maritime law, maritime policies and international shipping were discussed. The meeting also included an assessment of the COP31 processes to be held in Antalya, hosted by Türkiye.
