Özge Durukan, Bilkent Üniversitesi Amerikan kültürü ve edebiyatı bölümünden 2010 yılında mezun olmuştur. Mezuniyetinin ardından Avrupa komisyonu bursu ile Belçika-Brüksel’de yaşayan göçmenlere İngilizce eğitim hizmeti vermiştir. Ankara Üniversitesi SBF Küresel ve bölgesel çalışmalar ve Başkent Üniversitesi Amerikan kültürü ve edebiyatı dalında 2 tez yazmıştır. Aynı zamanda uluslararası IDEA konferansları kapsamında eko feminizm alanında sunumlar yapmıştır.
Ankara Üniversitesi bünyesinde okutmanlık yaptıktan sonra 2017 yılından itibaren ulusal ve uluslararası kapasite geliştirme, Ar-GE hizmeti, bakanlık ve ilgili kamu kurumlarına teknik destek, proje danışmanlığı alanlarında çeşitli STK, A.Ü. TTO ve son olarak ülkemizde ve yabancı ülkelerdeki danışmanlık kurumlarında çalışmıştır. DEHUKAM bünyesinde Proje Koordinatörü olarak görevine devam etmektedir.
Seher Kurtuluş graduated from Mustafa Kemal University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration, with a certificate of honor. She completed her master’s degree with thesis in the Accounting and Finance Program at the same university in 2022. She worked in accounting and purchasing processes in various sectors (energy, health, retail) since September 2016. In 2023, she passed the Certified Public Accountant qualification exams and was entitled to receive her license. She started working as a Certified Public Accountant within DEHUKAM in January 2024.
Sefa Arslan graduated from the Department of Graphic Design at Amasya University and also pursued studies in Computer Programming at Eren University. Throughout his academic journey, he had the opportunity to explore diverse fields of art and technology, developing a particular interest in cybersecurityHis focus in cybersecurity has been shaped by a commitment to creating effective solutions that ensure safety in the digital world. His education in both graphic design and computer programming has strengthened his creativity, problem-solving skills, and user-oriented approach.
In his professional career, he has contributed to both graphic design projects and software development processes, gaining an interdisciplinary perspective. These experiences have enabled him to integrate technical knowledge with artistic creativity, fostering versatile and innovative solutions.
Dedicated to teamwork, communication, and collaboration, Sefa Arslan continues to expand his expertise in cybersecurity, graphic design, and software development, while staying up to date with emerging technologies and pursuing continuous professional growth.
