As part of the Third United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC-3), which will be held in Nice, France from 9 to 12 June 2025, DEHUKAM CEO Dr. Mustafa Başkara will participate as a speaker in the side event titled “Legal Indicator for Measuring the Effectiveness of Environmental Law: Assessing SDG 14 for the Protection of Seas, Oceans and Coastlines”, to be held on 11 June 2025 under the leadership of Le Centre International de Droit Comparé de l’Environnement (CIDCE). During this side event, Dr. Mustafa Başkara will share his insights on the need for legal indicators to assess the effectiveness of environmental law, specifically in the context of coastal areas and the Mediterranean in Türkiye.
