The Marine Spatial Planning of the Republic of Türkiye, prepared under the coordination of DEHUKAM with the contributions of all relevant institutions and stakeholders, was shared with the public on 16 April 2025. Following its submission to IOC-UNESCO for registration, the map has now been published on the MSPGlobal platform and made accessible to the international community.

This milestone marks the registration of Türkiye’s marine spatial planning and affirms the Türkiye’s commitment to the sustainable use and management of its marine and coastal areas at the global level.
