DEHUKAM CEO Dr. Mustafa Başkara delivered a presentation titled “International Straits and Transit Passage” on July 15 as part of the “2025 Session of the Philippine International Law of the Sea Academy (PHILSEA)” held online from July 12 to August 2 by the Philippine International Law of the Sea Academy Inc.

The presentation addressed the different types of straits and the regimes applicable to passage through them.
