DEHUKAM CEO and Climate Change Regional Activity Centre (CC/RAC) Dr. Mustafa Başkara participated to the United Nations Environment Programme/Mediterranean Action Plan (UNEP/MAP) Focal Points Meeting held in Athens, Greece, between 16-19 September 2025. Within the framework of the meeting, which was attended by the contracting parties and UNEP/MAP partners, the draft decisions to be finalized at COP24, including the draft decision on the mandate of CC/RAC, were brought up for discussion.
