Application to the 2021-2022 Academic Year Spring Semester Ph.D. Programme Conducted in English in the Sea and Maritime Law will be made electronically (online) only, through the <https://basvuru.ankara.edu.tr> link, active between 15 – 25 January 2022.

For the candidates who will apply to the graduate programs to be opened in the spring semester of the 2021-2022 academic year, the Scientific Evaluation Exam will be held.
