The second Webinar of the Blue Economy-focused Consortium for the Study of Maritime Affairs (CONSMAR), of which DEHUKAM is a member, was held on 22nd February, 2023. The Blue Economy Webinar on “Settlement of Maritime Disputes: Opportunities and Challenges” with the theme of “Maritime Boundary Delimitation in the Eastern Mediterranean Sea”, was hosted by Maritime Policy & Strategy Research Center (HMS) in cooperation with other members of the Consorsium, DEHUKAM, ASCOMARE (Associazione di Consulenza in Diritto del Mare), CiRAM (Centro Interdipartimentale di Ricerca Adriatico e il Mediterraneo) and ICOG (Western Sydney University International Centre for Ocean Governance), attracted great attention. While 3 speakers from 3 different countries shared their valuable contributions in the Webinar, HMS director Prof. Shaul CHOREV made the opening speech. The consortium will continue its studies with new Webinar activities on different themes and topics.
