Within the scope of DEHUKAM’s postgraduate programs, Mr. Helmut Tuerk, former judge of International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea came to Türkiye on 11-12th April to give lecture. The lectures on “Reflection on the UNCLOS after 40 years” and “Terrorism at Sea” were given by Mr. Tuerk.
