A cooperation protocol was signed between DEHUKAM and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Diplomacy Academy for the capacity development training of Ministry’s personnel. The protocol was signed on May 8, 2023, during a visit to the TPAO Filyos Natural Gas Processing Plant, with the participation of Mr. Süleyman Önel, Chair of the Board of Directors of DEHUKAM and and Director General of Legal Services at the Ministry of Energy, Mr. Yasin Ekrem Serim, Member of the Board of Directors of DEHUKAM and Deputy Minister of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Mr. Mustafa Başkara, DEHUKAM CEO.
