The signing ceremony of the protocol was held at the opening program of the International Law Law of tur Sea Summer Academy and the protocol is signed by Kadir Has University Rector Prof. Dr. Sondan Durukanoğlu Feyiz and Law Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Başak Baysal and DEHUKAM CEO Mustafa Başkara.
