Ankara University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Hasan Serdar Öztürk and TÖMER Director Prof. Dr. Timur Gültekin visited Ankara University National Center for the Sea and Maritime Law (DEHUKAM) on November 15, 2023. Within the scope of the visit, negotiations were held between Ankara University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Hasan Serdar Öztürk, TÖMER Director Prof. Dr. Timur Gültekin, DEHUKAM Board Member and Leading Researcher Prof. Dr. İsmail Demir and DEHUKAM CEO Mustafa Başkara regarding the activities of DEHUKAM.
