Prof. Dr. Haddoum Kamel, professor of Maritime Law in Boumerdes University Boudouaou Law Faculty located in Algeria, visited DEHUKAM on November, 17, 2023. During the visit where DEHUKAM Board Member and Leading Researcher Prof. Dr. İsmail Demir, DEHUKAM Special Adviser and Senior Researcher Prof. Dr. Ademuni Odeke and DEHUKAM CEO Mustafa Başkara accompanied, the possible cooperation opportunities in the sea and maritime law field between Türkiye and Algeria was negotiated.
