The Ambassador of Panama in Ankara H.E. Mariela Sagel Rosas visited DEHUKAM on November 24, 2023. During the meeting, attended by DEHUKAM CEO Mustafa Başkara and DEHUKAM researchers, potential collaboration opportunities in the field of sea and maritime law between the Embassy of Panama in Ankara and DEHUKAM were discussed.
