Prof. Dr. Nil KULA DEĞİRMENCİ contributed to Part II of the book with the paper titled “The Possible Effects of the Ukraine-Russia War on Marine Insurance on the Basis of Books 5 and 6 of the TCC”, Prof. Dr. Samim ÜNAN contributed with the paper titled “The Status of Merchant Ships Stranded in Ukrainian Ports due to War in Terms of Insurance Law”, Prof. Dr. Nur Jale ECE contributed with the paper titled “The Effects of the Russia-Ukraine War on Maritime Transportation and Trade”.
In Part III of the book, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fevzi TOPSOY contributed with his paper titled “An Important Problem Reminded Again by the Ukraine-Russia War: Maritime Mines and Legal Liability” and Dr. Ayşegül BUĞRA ŞAR contributed with her paper titled “Evaluations on the ‘War’ Risk Pursuant to Allianz Insurance Plc V. The University Of Exeter [2023] Ewhc 630 (Tcc) Decision”.
