Professor Dr. Çağrı Erhan, the Rector of Istanbul Altınbaş University visited DEHUKAM on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, for the “Symposium on Free and Open Seas,” held in collaboration with the Embassy of Japan. During the visit, discussions ensued between Professor Dr. Çağrı Erhan and Mustafa Başkara, regarding the projects and activities undertaken by DEHUKAM.
