Permanent Inter-Ministerial Secretary for State Action at Seas and Continental Waters (SEPCIM AEMEC) of the Republic of Congo Esteemed Eric Olivier Sébastien Dibas-Franck visited DEHUKAM. During the visit attended by Ambassador of the Republic of Congo to Ankara Jean-Jaures Ondole, Embassy of the Republic of Congo in Ankara Ambassador-Secretary Alfred Bobenda DEHUKAM CEO Mustafa Başkara, DEHUKAM Senior Researcher Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doç. Dr. Ali İbrahim Akkutay and DEHUKAM Researchers,the friendly relations between Türkiye and the Republic of Congo were emphasized and cooperation opportunities in the field of maritime law were discussed. Within the scope of the visit, consultations were also held on the training program to be provided by DEHUKAM for diplomats and bureaucrats of the Republic of Congo with the support of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA).
