A Cooperation Protocol in the Fields of Sea and Maritime Law was signed between the Swansea University Institute of International Maritime and Commercial Law in the UK and Ankara University National Center for the Sea and Maritime Law (DEHUKAM).
On 23 October 2024, Prof. Dr. Barış Soyer, Director of Swansea University Institute of International Maritime and Commercial Law, Prof. Dr. Georgios Leloudas, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Samim Ünan, Faculty Member of Piri Reis University Faculty of Law, Dr. Mustafa Başkara, CEO of DEHUKAM, Dr. Hakan Koçak, Senior Researcher of DEHUKAM, DEHUKAM staff and interns attended the signing ceremony held at DEHUKAM’s headquarters in Ankara.
Within the scope of the protocol signed by Prof. Dr. Barış Soyer, Director of the Institute of International Maritime and Commercial Law at Swansea University and Dr. Mustafa Başkara, CEO of DEHUKAM, the two institutions will cooperate in education and research activities related to sea and maritime law, exchange information and carry out various joint project studies.
