Within the scope of the project carried out in cooperation with the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure and DEHUKAM, a delegation consisting of DEHUKAM Director Dr. Mustafa Başkara and the staff of the General Directorate of Maritime Affairs of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure visited the Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Montenegro Mr. Barış Kalkavan within the scope of the study visit to Podgorica and Kotor cities of Montenegro on 26-28 February 2025 and discussed the potential cooperation in the field of maritime and regional sea and maritime law studies between the two countries.
