DEHUKAM Journal of the Sea and Maritime Law (DEHUKAMDER) is an open-access, double-blind peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Ankara University National Center for the Sea and Maritime Law (DEHUKAM). By featuring academic studies primarily in the fields of international law of the sea, maritime law, marine insurance law and public/private maritime law, DEHUKAMDER aims to enhance the collective knowledge in these areas. The journal has been in publication since 2018 and is indexed in the ULAKBİM TR Dizin Law Database.

A national conference will be held in October 2025 as part of DEHUKAM’s 10th-anniversary events, where authors whose articles are published in the 10th Anniversary Special Issue will present their papers.

You may submit your articles until June 30, 2025. Submitted articles will undergo a double-blind peer review process.
