Secretary General of the Eastern Black Sea Development Agency (DOKA) Kemal Akpınar and Expert Arzu Aslaner visited DEHUKAM on May 30, 2025. During the meeting with DEHUKAM CEO Dr. Mustafa Başkara and DEHUKAM Researchers Büşra Deniz, Derya Ulutürk, and Hüsna Kübra Karadağ, ongoing projects, activities, and potential areas for collaboration were discussed.
