Dr. Mustafa Başkara, CEO of the Ankara University National Center for the Sea and Maritime Law (DEHUKAM), paid a courtesy visit to Abdulhadi Turus, Vice President of the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB). During the visit, information was shared about DEHUKAM’s activities and its work in the field of sea and maritime law, while opportunities for cooperation between the two institutions were also discussed.
