DEHUKAM CEO and CC/RAC Director Dr. Mustafa Başkara gave a Keynote Speech at the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM) Digital Sustainability Week, held in Istanbul from 26 to 29 May 2025. On 28 May 2025, Dr. Başkara delivered a speech titled “Ensuring Sustainability in the Mediterranean” during the opening session of the event. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of protecting the marine environment in the Mediterranean, ensuring the sustainable use of marine resources, and enhancing international cooperation in this context.
