DEHUKAM CEO Dr. Mustafa Başkara delivered a presentation within the scope of the “6th London International Boundary Conference” held in London on 11–12 June 2025 in cooperation with King’s College London and Volterra Fietta.

Dr. Başkara spoke on the panel titled “Borders, Territories and an Increasingly ‘Lawless’ World” and presented on the topic of “Türkiye’s Marine Spatial Planning.”

The presentation covered topics such as the development of marine spatial planning, recent global developments, and Türkiye’s national marine spatial planning map.
