On 28 September 2025, DEHUKAM CEO Dr. Mustafa Başkara participated as a speaker in the panel titled “Marine Spatial Planning and Blue Economy”, held within the framework of the “3rd Marine Spatial Planning Cooperation Workshop of Maritime Silk Road Partner Countries,” organized by the National Ocean Technology Center (NOTC) and hosted by the China Oceanic Development Foundation (CODF).

In his presentation titled “Marine Spatial Planning for a Sustainable Blue Economy: Türkiye’s Experience”, Dr. Başkara shared Türkiye’s experience in the fields of marine spatial planning and the blue economy with the participants.
