DEHUKAM CEO Dr. Mustafa Başkara delivered a training session at a seminar organized within the scope of the Report Writing Training (RAYE) Program, which was held by the Enderun Law Movement Professional Club (ENHAR) between 23 January and 2 February 2026.

Within the framework of the program, Dr. Mustafa Başkara delivered a presentation entitled “The Maritime Rights and Interests of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC)”. The seminar addressed the maritime jurisdiction areas of the TRNC, its legal position in the Eastern Mediterranean, and its rights and interests under the framework of international law of the sea.

The training concluded following the discussion session, during which participants’ questions were addressed and overall evaluations were made.
