DEHUKAM Chair of the Board of Directors Mr. Süleyman Önel and DEHUKAM CEO Dr. Mustafa Başkara paid a visit to H.E. Abdoulkader Houssein Omar, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Djibouti.

During the visit, appreciation regarding the signed protocol was expressed, and it was stated that the cooperation to be developed between Türkiye and Djibouti in the field of sea and maritime law and diplomatic training would further strengthen the existing friendly relations between the two countries. The importance of establishing sustainable cooperation mechanisms at both academic and institutional levels was also emphasized during the meeting.
