DEHUKAM Chair of the Board of Directors Mr. Süleyman Önel and DEHUKAM CEO Dr. Mustafa Başkara paid a visit to H.E. Dr. Bekir Gezer, Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Dar es Salaam. During the meeting, DEHUKAM’s cooperation activities with African countries and potential future collaboration in the fields of sea and maritime law, maritime education, and capacity building were discussed. At the same time, Ambassador Gezer, who is accredited to the East African Community on behalf of the Republic of Türkiye, emphasized the importance of the sea and maritime law affairs for the countries of the region and stated that strengthening DEHUKAM’s cooperation with these countries would create opportunities for mutual benefit.
