DEHUKAM CEO Dr. Mustafa Başkara met with H.E. Abdulkadir Mohamed Nur, Minister of Ports and Marine Transport of the Federal Republic of Somalia, who was in Ankara within the framework of the Türkiye–Africa Strategic Dialogue Program organized by the National Intelligence Academy of Türkiye.

During the meeting, opportunities for cooperation between Türkiye and Somalia in the fields of sea and maritime law were discussed. Views were also exchanged on port management, maritime transport policies, and capacity-building initiatives.
